Austin, More Than Just Music...

We're glad that more people are becoming excited about the Austin area. We love it here and understand why more people are making the move to Austin daily.  Austin is not like the rest of Texas.  From the eclectic cast of characters that populate Congress Avenue to the burnt orange University of Texas Longhorns, Congress Avenue bats to four-star restaurants to the best down-home barbecue joints, corporate CEOs to upstart and nationally known musicians, Texas capital city stands apart from all the rest.

With more than 200 city parks, nearly 75 miles of maintained hike-and-bike trails, thousands of acres of nature preserves and 2.3 million acre-feet of water surrounding Austin, the city is addicted to the outdoors, recreation and sports.

The people here know that it's an exciting and rewarding situation, with interesting old homes in good condition, new luxury developments, downtown condos, and well-planned family residences with lasting financial and utilitarian appeal, all drive a ever growing commercial real estate market.

Even people that don't live in Austin know the value of living here, check out what was recently published in the New York Times.
